Brain Play is a future-focused and innovative technology company that aims to introduce students aged 5 - 15, of all abilities, to science and technology fields such as coding, robotics, electronics, 3d printing and other STEM topics.

Coding

Coding is another word used for computer programming or writing instructions for computers. Brain Play teaches coding through animation, game and website design, robotics & more.

At Brain Play we work with education specific robotics kits including Makeblock, Edison, and KiwiCo, as well as our own 3d designed and printed robots.

 3d printing and computer-aided design (CAD) go hand in hand and Brain Play teaches them both. Make, create and print with us!

 At Brain Play we use kits and circuit boards which teach students about LEDs, buzzers, speakers, switches, and a variety of sensors.

Our son has been a regular at Brain Play for the last few years. He has a natural skill with technology and we've wanted to foster and build on that for him. 
 
He loved participating in person at our local community centre. Then with Covid in 2020, there was a shift to online classes. That worked out well and only took a little extra with coordinating Zoom login details and ensuring he was on the call on time.
